A CNC Cooler that runs on only compressed air. A CNC Cooler uses a vortex tube to to convert compressed air into cold air. Since a vortex tube has no moving parts there is little maintenance involved with this system. A CNC Cooler can save you money over a normal cooling system, since it is run directly off of compressed air. Our CNC Cooler has a five-micron filter system which means that the air is always clean and dry before it is introduced to the sensitive controls. There are no moving parts so you can install the CNC Cooler and forget about heat related shutdowns. There are relief valves and seals built into the CNC Cooler which enables the unit to maintain the sealed nature of NEMA boxes.

Our CNC Cooler includes a ducting kit for the cold air, which allows you to direct the cold air to the heat source in your control cabinet. Our CNC Cooler includes an adjustable electrically operated thermostat, a solenoid valve to provide thermostatic control for your systems, and installation instructions. The CNC Cooler mounts into a standard 3/4" electrical knockout and the thermostat mounts into a standard 1/2" electrical knockout.
